Hi, I'm Vicki. I'm 20 years old. I happen to be a recovered anorexic who is very unhappy with my body at this time. After my recovery, I managed to maintain a slim 110 to 115lbs but depression, stress, social stuff and college all took their toll on me and I began binging as a coping mechanism. I gained a lot of weight because of this and would estimate my current weight to be somewhere between 130 and 140lbs. I have been vegan for 4 years.
I made this blog to help me stay motivated. I will mostly be posting vegan thinspo, personal updates/intakes, nutrition facts and weight loss tips. Sometime down the line I will hopefully gain the courage to buy a scale and start taking pictures of my progress.

Hey everyone. Sorry I haven’t been posting recently. I’ve just been busy with other stuff.
I have lost weight. I’m still not brave enough to buy a scale but maybe I’ll take some pictures for you all in the near future : ) My diet hasn’t changed since last time. Maybe I’ll post some intakes today/tomorrow.

Almond Breeze Almond Milk
The original and vanilla (unsweetened) versions are only 40 Calories per cup (sweetened is 60 and unsweetened chocolate is 45). It tastes a lot nuttier than soy milk (as you might imagine), but it works really well with cereal and smoothies.
I fell off the wagon a bit yesterday and ate a whole bag of sesame sticks :( It was horrible, I felt like my stomach was going to explode!
Getting right back on track and starting off my liquid-only day with a glass of pure organic cranberry juice :)
Anyone have any good avocado recipes? I have 4 organic avocados and I don’t want them to go to waste! :)
Tell me about it! I’m trying so hard not to binge these days. If you feel the need to eat a lot now you might benefit from a few days of fasting to shrink your stomach size, then set yourself a diet plan to follow :)
I just received my box of seasonal organic fruit to last me a week - perfect time to start fruit fasting! I just made a fruit salad with apple, orange, kiwi and pear. It looks so colourful and healthy and delicious. I wish I could take a pic for you guys! Yummm.

I have not been able to find any sources where Julia talks about her weight or about eating disorders. I do know that she has Crohn’s disease, which may be why she chose a raw vegan diet. My guess is that her health is a very private matter.
